Sharp MX-M3571S

The Sharp MX-M3571S is the simplified version of the MX-M3571 — same 35 ppm A3 monochrome engine, same 10.1 inch Android panel, but a stripped-back finisher and tray ecosystem aimed at price-sensitive offices doing 4,500 to 10,000 B&W pages a month. It supports 35 ppm at 1200 x 1200 dpi, 11 x 17, duplex print and scan, AES-256, Gigabit Ethernet, USB, optional Wi-Fi, AirPrint, and Mopria. The thing buyers regret: the S model cannot be field-upgraded to the same booklet-finisher options the standard MX-M3571 supports — if you want saddle-stitch a year later, you cannot bolt it on. Lock down finishing needs at quote time. If your work is print, copy, scan, and desk-level finishing, the S saves real money over the base MX-M3571 — usually 600 to 1,000 dollars at typical dealer pricing. If you might want booklets later, pay the difference up front for the standard model.
