Sharp MX-C304WH

The Sharp MX-C304WH is a desktop A4 color MFP from the Advanced Series, built for home offices and small offices of 1-10 people printing 500-2,500 pages a month. It's the color sibling of the MX-B376WH/B476WH desktops, sharing the 7" tilting touchscreen UX, Sharp MFP Voice with Alexa support, and the same standard cloud connectors (OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, Gmail) and security suite (TLS, Kerberos, AES 256-bit data encryption, DoD 5220.22-M data wipe, End-of-Lease). Print and copy at 30 ppm in both black and color, with first-page-out at 5.5 seconds black / 6.7 color from the platen. The 100-sheet RSPF scans at 110 ipm. Standard 300-sheet input (250-sheet drawer plus 50-sheet bypass), expandable with optional 600-sheet MX-CS14 drawers — Sharp lists max 2,700 sheets across six paper sources. Standard PCL 6, Adobe PostScript 3, Gigabit Ethernet, USB 2.0, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, AirPrint, and OCR to searchable PDF/Word/Excel. The thing buyers regret: ordering this when monthly volume is over 3,000 pages. The MX-C407F (40 ppm, 650-sheet base) and MX-C507F (50 ppm) are the right step up; the MX-C304WH is built for true small-office volumes.
