Every spec, no guessing
The Sharp BP-C535WR is a 35-ppm desktop color multifunction printer for small offices and workgroups of 10-25 people that need print, copy, scan, and fax in a single device — without the floor space of an A3 unit. It scans up to 40 ipm via a 50-sheet RSPF (reversing single-pass feeder), copies and prints at 35 ppm in both color and mono, and pulls from a 500-sheet drawer plus a 50-sheet bypass standard (550 sheets), expandable to 2,350 sheets with up to three optional 600-sheet feed units. The 7-inch full-flat color touchscreen handles cloud scan destinations natively — OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Box, Dropbox, Google Drive — plus standard scan to email, FTP, SMB, USB, and Super G3 fax. Print resolution is up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi, drivers cover Windows 10/11, Server 2016-2022, macOS 10.10-14, Linux, Unix, and native Universal Print. Wired interface is Gigabit Ethernet plus USB 3.0 (rear) and USB 2.0 (front); 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi is standard. Memory is 5 GB shared, with optional 128 or 512 GB SSD. Security covers TLS 1.3, WPA3, AES 256, intrusion detection, system integrity check, and the optional BP-VD10L Bitdefender antivirus kit. Footprint is 20 x 25 x 22 inches at 83 lb. The thing buyers regret: assuming OCR and direct-print-from-USB-of-Office-files are standard. Both are optional kits on this model. Best for offices that want a real MFP with cloud-native scan and don't need 11x17.
