The Sharp MX-M623N is a 62 ppm A3 monochrome MFP from Sharp's earlier generation, sold today refurbished for small offices, busy workgroups, and shared print zones doing 18,000 to 30,000 B&W pages a month. It supports 62 ppm at 1200 x 1200 dpi, 11 x 17, duplex print and scan, the older Sharp panel, Gigabit Ethernet, USB, and optional Wi-Fi. The thing buyers regret: at 62 ppm with refurb pricing, the MX-M623N looks attractive — but lifetime page counts on this duty class often run north of 3M, and the older panel cannot run modern cloud apps. Always pull the meter and confirm dealer toner pricing for the service term. With low meter under 3 million, a real service contract, and a refurb price 40 percent or more below new equivalents, this is a workhorse for shared print zones; without those three together, the budget calculus tips the other way.
