Sharp MX-C303W
The Sharp MX-C303W is a 30 ppm A4 color MFP for small offices and team workspaces doing 3,000 to 8,000 mixed pages a month — the entry point for offices that need basic color but cannot justify an A3 machine. It runs 30 ppm color and B&W, has duplex print and scan, supports Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct, and includes Gigabit Ethernet, USB, AirPrint, and Mopria. The thing buyers regret: this is letter-size, so anyone with periodic 11 x 17 needs will be unhappy — a separate A3 device fills that gap. Also, the per-page color toner cost on a small A4 color MFP is higher than on an A3 workgroup MFP at scale; if your color printing climbs over 1,000 pages a month consistently, the C303W becomes expensive per page. For light, occasional color in a small office, the MX-C303W is the right size at the right price.
