Sharp MX-6071S
The Sharp MX-6071S is the simplified version of the MX-6071 — same current 60 ppm A3 color engine, same 10.1 inch Android panel, but a stripped-back finisher and tray ecosystem aimed at price-sensitive workgroups doing 14,000 to 25,000 pages a month. It supports 60 ppm color and B&W, 11 x 17, duplex print and scan, AES-256, Gigabit Ethernet, USB, optional Wi-Fi, AirPrint, and Mopria. The thing buyers regret: the S model cannot be field-upgraded to the same booklet-finisher options that the standard MX-6071 supports — if you want saddle-stitch a year later, you cannot bolt it on. Lock down finishing needs at quote time. If your work is print, copy, scan, and desk-level finishing, the S saves real money over the base MX-6071. If you might want booklets later, pay the difference up front for the standard model.
