Paper capacity starts at 3,200 sheets and expands to 6,700 sheets, finishing options run from 50/100-sheet staple to saddle-stitch and folding, and security includes the multi-layer encryption and IPv6 networking large IT shops actually require. Volume sweet spot is 100,000 to 175,000 pages a month — push toward 200,000 and toner swaps become a daily chore. The thing buyers regret: the floor footprint with finisher and high-capacity feeder is substantial, around 6 to 8 feet wide. Measure the print room before signing the order. Otherwise this is the right call when you want M753 speed but with a current touchscreen, current security firmware, and proper Sharp OSA app integration for things like SharePoint and Google Workspace.
